Reliable transfers
Waleed was exceedingly accommodating. We originally booked a Cairo-to-Alexandria transfer and a tour of Cairo through him. Once we were in Egypt, our needs changed and we required three additional transfers. He was always on time (and was there in person to ensure a smooth hand-off to the driver), and in fact waited an extra two+ hours for us while we unexpectedly waited for one of our party to arrive at the departure point. As our plans changed, he responded via phone or email within hours, for which we were quite grateful. He originally requested a wire transfer to cover the costs prior to our arrival, but agreed to accept cash on arrival instead (this wire-transfer thing is something that is apparenty common in Egypt but does not sit well with Americans; they should (but as of the time of our trip did not) accept credit cards). Our first driver did not know his way very well around Alexandria, but I suppose this is not surprising since he was based in Cairo. As long as Waleed maintains the level of personalized service that he gave to us, I would most strongly recommend him. The prices were more than local taxis, but less than most of the other transfer services - and the limo was always there, which is priceless.

Good management, iffy drivers.
Be careful! Waleed is very helpful and accommodating, but his staff are sketchy. Make sure you get a receipt for any payment you make, and also take a telephone number for the _driver_. That being said, they did work with me to rearrange pickup location, and came quickly when called....
